Kiran Karki - Chairman and Managing Director

Kiran is the visionary and founding director of Xithi. He has over 15 years of experience in technology and consulting in the Asia Pacific and Oceania region in Enterprise Resource Planning, Internet and Intranet portals and Business Data warehouse. He brings his invaluable business and technology experience from consulting for multinational clients like Procter and Gamble, Allianz, Fujitsu, Atos Origin, Infineon Semiconductors, China Motors, SSMC, British Oxygen, Energy Australia and many other small and medium enterprises throughout the region. Apart from this, he has 8 years experience in search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, open source technology offerings and internet advertising.

Kiran spearheads the Xithi technical team and is involved in the overall strategies of the organization. Kiran is based in Sydney, Australia and is the architect, guardian, teacher and follower of Xithi Vision, Mission and Values. Kiran is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Karnatak University.

Rajesh Naik - Chief Executive Officer

Rajesh is the founding director of Xithi and brings over 21 years of experience in production, sales, marketing and administration in diversified sectors like Poultry, Horticulture, Beverages, Insurance, Realty and Personal Investments. He has proven leadership abilities in working as a team, handling multiple tasks, great adaptability to various business cultures and environments.He has exceptional interpersonal skills which has enabled him to integrate with colleagues and customers in developing valuable longstanding relationships.

Rajesh is responsible for Xithi's day to day operations,our well being,applying business strategies and is the caretaker and follower of Xithi Vision, Mission and Values. He also heads the Marketing Division currently. Rajesh is a Bachelor of Science specialising in Chemistry from Karnatak University.

Krishna Karki - Director:Finance and Human Resources

Krishna is the founding director of Xithi. He brings with him over 40 years of experience in design and manufacturing, insurance and financial planning as an entrepreneur, insurance adviser and financial planner. He has vast experience in management consulting, design and development, corporate finance, insurance, financial planning, sales, marketing and quality control. He has excellent working knowledge of various industries particularly in manufacturing, process industries, industrial automation and insurance.

Krishna is responsible for Xithi's financial health, resourcing, strategic financial planning and is the caretaker and follower of Xithi Vision, Mission and Values. He also currently heads the Human Resource division. Krishna is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Karnatak University, a post graduate in Operations Research and Quality Control from Indian Statistical Institute and an Associate Financial Planner.
